At West Village Athletic, we train in squads.
WVA is private member Athletic Club. Members select a squad based on when they like to train and how they like to be coached. Along with two guaranteed squad sessions per week, members have access to the gym, unlimited drop-in classes, yoga, run club, strength classes, WVA recover, and monthly social events.
